"RACE SPECIALTIES 4 LINK DRAGSTER"
Hello everyone. I am sure you are anxious to check out what is going on with my dragster, and as you will see from my photo page things are going a little slow.....Although once I get the car things will start to happen. I did pickup the body for the car Saturday March 3, 2001. I will begin the painting process on Saturday March 10, 2001.

My plans will be to make a full season of divisional events in Super Comp. I will race Bob Wolkwitz's Pro Stock S-10 Pickup in Super Street at the Matco Nationals as well as other selected events

"STAR ISLAND" SPONSORSHIP"
Thats correct Thomas DePascale will be debuting a "NEW" sponsor for 2001. "STAR ISLAND" has been signed aboard the "SPLIT DECISION RACE TEAM". This sucessful timeshare company has devoted some effort to sponsoring the 1974 Vega Wagon that is known so well throughout the northeast division one. The "STARISLAND" group will have their name painted on the side of the SPLIT DECISION vega wagon as well as the Junior Dragster.

The SPLIT DECISION JR. camp will be debuting a new SPONSOR, CHASSIS MODIFICATIONS as well as a new POWERPLANT.
The sponsor will be the well known timeshare group of "STAR ISLAND" that will sport the flashy name aboard the SCREAMING junior dragster as well as it may sport some flashy new paint in the near future.
As for the CHASSIS MODIFICATION "HALFSCALE DRAGSTERS" has recently modified the back of the well known jr with a fully adjustable shock.
"THIS WILL BE NEEDED WITH THE NEW MOTOR"
The motor will be a "WHAELY" built rocket that should propel the jr well into the mid seven second range making this jd one of the fastest junior dragsters in th country. |
